All Of Your Problems Are In The Past
Are you aware of the fact that there are more people who actually believe in reincarnation than those who don’t? For many individuals, such as Buddhists and Hindus, as part of their religion, it’s a way of life. On the other hand, there are those who are simply curious or maybe looking for answers to help them solve some of life’s mysteries along with the people who think reincarnation is the most common sense approach when considering past lives. For those of you who have a desire to remember your past lives, there are quite a few ways you can go about things.
Record Your Experiences
There are admittedly many ways through which we can find out more about past lives but perhaps the most effective means, is to keep a journal, writing down all your experiences, both significant and insignificant. When doing this, one should also acknowledge the importance of making notes with regards to the state of your emotions at the time of these experiences. This is essential as our emotions are a very reliable source of clues and by noting these feelings, one will be better equipped when it comes to the stage when you try to put all the pieces together.
Have you ever experienced deja vu? If so, how did it feel or more importantly, how did you feel about it? Search for clues in your present life from as early as you can remember, all the up until the stage where you are today. Here again, making a list can help provide further clues so you should try to list all your likes and dislikes with regard to various foods, religions and cultures, as well as anything else you can think of. Further to this, attempt to analyze yourself as a person as well in matters such as temperament, talents, fears, etc. Even something which may seem trivial such as a birthmark, can often provide you with further clues to your past life.
Just as one should keep lists of all the things already mentioned, so too should you record all the details of the dreams you have. The reason for this is because past life experiences can often manifest themselves in a dream, thus providing you with even more clues. Remember, dreams can represent the present life as well as a past life. It’s been established that one’s mind is is highly receptive to suggestion, so for many it may prove to be beneficial to suggest to yourself, before going to sleep, that you wish to recall past life memories via your dreams. Whenever you awaken from a dream following suggestion, be sure to write down all the details as soon as possible before they start to fade.
Past Life Regression Therapy
If it’s at all possible for you to go to a professional past life therapist, then don’t hesitate. They will help you to interpret the information you receive when guiding you through a regression. Such therapists are trained and certified by The International Association for Regression and Research and Therapies and the International Association of Past Life Therapists and these organizations may be able to help you find a therapist in your local area.
Benefits of Meditation
Meditation is perhaps one of the most valuable means of acquiring knowledge regarding your past life or past lives. However, for many people it is sometimes difficult to accept and trust the information you receive, given that meditation is by all accounts, a very personal and private undertaking. Because of this, it is absolutely fundamental that one follows one’s instincts and that you place your trust in your own feelings.
It is quite normal to feel as though you are daydreaming whilst meditating and images are likely to be flowing in and out of your mind as valuable information comes through too. As before, write everything down and take time to look it over later. Your mind is very suggestible, and will pick up what you tell it to, just as you will not get anything if you start off with a negative approach.
For some people, absolute silence serves them best when meditating while others may prefer some visual stimulation of one form or another, such as staring into the flames of a fire or staring at the flickering flame of a candle. Others on the other hand may prefer soft music or listening to sounds such as the sound of the sea or even a flowing river.
Stirring up quite a bit of excitement in this field, is the recent discovery of the benefits of using binaural beats. This is still a relatively new technology which involves sound waves of different frequencies being played in each ear. Results so far suggest that the subject feels instant relaxation at a level much the same as that experienced by Zen monks during meditation.
Of paramount importance however, is the requirement for a quiet and peaceful environment.
First and foremost, you need to be in a comfortable position and secondly, you need to be relaxed and receptive. Likewise, your mind needs to be free of thoughts which are undesirable in relation to your meditation. While it may take some practice, you need to be able to allow these thoughts to pass on after only having paid them a minimum amount of attention. Likewise, when questions come to your mind, address them and them let them go again. During this time you should expect nothing more than to experience a feeling of deep relaxation and rest assured, the answers you are searching for will most often come to you when you’re least expecting them.
While many people do receive information and images which allow them to do research regarding different places or names of people, for many it is simply not possible to the authenticity of the images they receive. However, whether you believe in reincarnation or not, as long as the images you receive actually help you to solve some problems in your life, then it has all been worthwhile.
People are often fascinated to discover that those they are close to in their present lives were with them previously, although the relationship may have been very different. For example, your brother now may have been your father in a past life.
People who try out regression more often than not find what they receive to be both interesting and helpful, no matter what their initial belief on the subject may have been.
